— Fedya, fry that fish!
— There is no fish!
— Êeep frying. There will be fish.

n ordinary smokery. Except that it’s light and compact. It is the best present for those who love good food and outdoor activities. How long can you eat barbecue only when there is a wide variety of hot meat dishes available? Your outdoor meals can be more diverse and interesting. Let's put some ginger in it.

Place the smoker into your car boot or into the closet and forget it is there till the time comes.

When at a picnic or on a fishing or hunting trip, you reel in something shiny or shoot down something feathery…

And an hour later you treat your friends to a hot-smoked pike perch or duck with a mouth-watering aroma… Then a chill of fear will run down your spine as you recall that you were in two minds about whether or not you needed a portable smokery.

Rub a 1.5—2 kg chicken with herbs and spices and marinate it for 2—3 hours. Dry the chicken with a paper tissue and attach the chicken legs to the hooks on the smoker lid. Put foil onto the bottom of the smoker. Fill it with 2—3 handfuls of dry sawdust or branches of fruit trees — apple or cherry wood.

Put wood chips, dry wood and small logs into the smoker, light them. After the fire sets in and the sawdust begins to smoke, close the cinder box. Lower the chicken in the smoker and close the lid firmly. Smoke until the chicken gets cooked, regulating the process intensity using the cinder box damper.
